Mobile operators and regulators met last August 19th , 20th and 21th – in the context of the Latin America Mobile Conference 2008, organized by GSM Association Latin America – to have in-depth discussions about relevant issues for mobile services development and their possible impact on regional digital inclusion.

Improvements in band width aimed at new services and contents opens the unexploited field by advertising. However, today there is no precise model ensuring benefits to all interested parties.
